Shipping Policy
- The majority of orders arrive within 4–7 business days. With the exception of public holidays, Monday through Friday are regarded as business days.
- While there may occasionally be delivery delays around holidays or occasionally due to unforeseen situations, we make every effort to deliver all of our customers' orders on time.
- Order cancellation is not possible after shipping
- All orders over INR 899 are eligible for free shipping, and we deliver your orders using our authorised courier partners.
- You will receive a text message or email after your order has been sent with the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and the name of our courier partner. To track the current location of your shipment and the anticipated delivery date, please go to the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we shared with you in the appropriate field.
- Our delivery partners will try three times before returning to us and cancelling your order, so please make sure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including a zip code and a mobile number. This will enable us to deliver your order more quickly.
- We provide Net Banking options across major banks and accept all major debit & credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and Rupay, for delivery to India.
- For a few pin codes, we offer the Cash on Delivery option.
